Hi angel, I’m sam
For the past ten years, I have devoted myself to the study of the female body—her mysteries, her rhythms, her ancient wisdom. My path has carried me through somatic studies, feminine wisdom studies, women’s health deep dives, menstruation studies, yoga, and meditation of various forms. I have read every book I could get my hands on, radically devoting myself to ~remembering~ the knowledge that has ALWAYS belonged to us women, apprenticing and living in the wisdom wells of the long before womb keepers, feminine depth psychologists, healers, mystics, mothers, sisters, and mythopoets. My most important teacher has always been my own body: my blood, my womb, my breath, my lived pain. It was through this devotion that I healed myself from years of extremely painful physical and emotional imbalances—and it is now my life’s passion to help other women do the same.
Alongside this study, I have walked the path of healer, somatic coach, energy worker, poetess, and meditation guide. For the past 7 years, I have led online women’s groups, retreats, held ceremonies, guided meditations, and worked 1:1 with women in intimate containers. My intuitive, spiritual, and psychic attunement informs everything I do, creating spaces where remembrance and transformation can unfold in their rawest, most poetic, most authentic form.
My cycle governs my life: creatively, emotionally, spiritually, artistically. This is where I thrive. This is where I feel my magnetism stir and overflow. These are principles we are designed to be living with as cyclical beings, a lost art of subtle feminine attunement to our innate rhythms. This is what I am here to help you remember (as your mirror, for the knowing is already in you).
